Guests enjoyed the downstairs foyer traditionally decorated by the Bentonville Garden Club. This year featured new greenery on the banister of Arkansas walnut and the traditional Christmas tree standing adjacent. The Carriage House was decorated in winter colors of silver and white with touches of red throughout the room.
At the conclusion of the evening, Becky Alexander an original board member, and Connie Hendrix-Kral, unveiled the poster-sized version of the 2011 commemorative brochure that will celebrate the 20th anniversary. The theme of the brochure is “Celebrating the First Twenty” and will be distributed late January with a complete listing of events and programs to highlight the Foundation’s contributions to the quality of life in the region.
