Corrin has been gardening since she was two years old in West Fork, Arkansas. She is a graduate from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Horticulture. Corrin worked as a garden nursery sales representative in Dallas, Texas and the Northeast Texas area after graduation. She has been with The Peel Compton Foundation since 2004. Corrin is a member of the Bentonville Garden Club, Arkansas Certified Nursery & Landscaper Professional, and the American Public Gardens Association. Her interests are in Arkansas native plants, public gardens, urban forests, community volunteering, and public education of gardening, conservation and native plants.
When Corrin isn't working, she's either in the kitchen baking something or enjoying the outdoors with her family.
SITE MANAGER FOR THE PEEL MANSION MUSEUM & HERITAGE GARDENS
Zella started working for The Peel Compton Foundation full time as Horticulturist in July 2007. She takes care of the greenhouse, supervises The Peel Mansion Museum & Heritage Gardens crew and supports the Site Manager and the crew at Compton Gardens and Conference Center. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Landscape Horticulture. While she was attending school, she worked for the University of Arkansas maintaining the horticulture gardens. She also did her horticulture internship for The Peel Compton Foundation in the summer of 2003.
Zella became interested in plants when she was a young child and still finds great delight in watching new plants emerge. She hopes to pass some of that interest on to one of her children or to anyone that is interested in learning about plants.
SITE MANAGER FOR COMPTON GARDENS AND CONFERENCE CENTER
Luke Davis serves as the Site Manager for Compton Gardens and Conference Center, which is one of two historic landmarks for which The Peel Compton Foundation preserves. For the last four years, Luke has helped maintain the seven acre native plant & public garden at Compton Gardens along with the facilities on the property. Previous to joining the foundation staff, Luke had spent over ten years working for various professional baseball organizations and universities as a Sports Turf Manager.
Besides Compton Gardens, he manages the grounds at The Bentonville Historical Society. An area Luke really enjoys about his job is working with and training the Neil's Naturalist group, along with Garden Guides, Master Gardeners, and volunteer programs.
DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING COORDINATOR
Tiffany has an extensive background in sales, marketing, and business development. Previously, she has owned her own social media & marketing consulting firm with 10+ years of experience working in the world of higher education. Tiffany has her Master's in Education with an emphasis on Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in French.
Tiffany is a subject-matter expert in advising and training individuals and business entities with social media, planning large and small-scale events, and has facilitated over 100 educational sessions. Tiffany's passion is working with people, which has been the shining light of her position at The Peel Compton Foundation as the Development and Marketing Coordinator.
Tiffany is an active volunteer in the community, a member of Cross Church (Pinnacle Hills campus) with her husband Jeff, previous Chair of Fund Development for the Junior League of Northwest Arkansas, member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), original member of Crystal Bridges Museum, a published author, and a three-time marathoner. She and Jeff enjoy spending time with their four-legged daughter - Hadley, hanging out with friends, visiting family, and traveling.

MUSEUM STORE MANAGER
Erin hails from Siloam Springs, Arkansas, a true Ozark native. Starting as a volunteer at Compton Gardens and Conference Center, she also fell in love with The Peel Mansion Museum & Heritage Gardens. As manager of the Museum Store at The Peel Mansion, her extensive 15-year background in sales and retail management is a perfect fit. Erin has an established record of turning businesses around, increasing sales, and often using her skills and experience in PR, advertising, and marketing as tools to do so. She is confident that the Museum Store will see positive changes under her leadership.
Erin spends her time reading classics, volunteering at Crystal Bridges, and enjoying the great outdoors with her husband, Alex.
Kimberly has been with us for a few years and keeps our budgets in balance as well as takes care of all areas money-related. She is a huge asset to our organization.
Kimberly enjoys baking and spending time with family.
